Cancellation Policy: Partial refund possible if notice received 75 days prior to departure.
Tour documents: Tour documents are mailed or emailed to you along with our monthly newsletters (newsletters are sent starting 4 months before tour date). Please make sure we have a valid email address.
Luggage: We suggest that you travel with a carry-on (must fit in overhead bin) piece of luggage and a daypack (must fit under the seat in front of you).
Proof of citizenship: A valid passport is required to travel to Europe. Please contact your local government center for details. We also require a signed photocopy of your passport with your final payment.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance, you may purchase it on your own with companies like Allianz, Travel Guard, insuremytrip.com or any other company you may find on line. Please indicate if you wish to purchase insurance by circling one: YES NO

Responsibility: Tours are operated by Bonjour Travel/Adventures to Europe, LLC, Wayzata, MN who is responsible in arranging land transportation, accommodations and sight-seeing, and therefore reserves the right to change the itinerary for the best interest of our patrons. Adventures to Europe is not responsible for the loss of monies or other developments resulting from the change in itinerary, acts of God, acts of men such as strikes or flight delays for example. Personal injuries or personal property damage expenses are not the responsibility of Adventures to Europe. Adventures to Europe has the right to cancel the tour if we deem necessary. Tour patrons will be notified in advance so they can make other plans.
